Mini Sock Summit Sunday, Feb. 28, 1-5:30 pm Inspired by the big sock shindig in Portland last summer, we are offering
an afternoon of classes with answers to all those sock questions that
keep coming up. You'll choose three classes from our hot sock topics: Magic Loop Socks, Socks on Two Circular Needles, Two Socks at Once, Toe-up Beginnings, Flip-Flop Socks, Reinforcing and Repair, Short Row and Afterthought Heels. (We'll take a 15-minute break in between classes.) These will be technique workshops -- no complete socks will be knit. Not for the beginning sock knitter. Instructors: Marsha, Cindy and Molly

Socks Tuesday, Feb. 23, March 2 and 9, 10:30 am-12:30 pm Socks are a classic knitting project, and this class will connect you with millions of knitters past and present as you learn to knit a traditional top-down sock. You’ll learn so much in this small project that even if you decide not to knit any more socks, you'll use these important techniques again and again. Instructor: Cindy Cost: $55
